Our numbers are changing

You can now call us using a 0345 code in place of existing 0845 codes (the rest of the number remains the same). We have made this change to benefit our brokers and customers as 0345 numbers are charged at the same standard rate as 01 or 02 landline numbers, even when calling from a mobile. We will be updating our literature soon to reflect the changes.

Our existing 0800 numbers will remain the same. From 1st July 2015 calls to 0800 numbers will be free of charge from a landline or mobile. Until 1st July, mobile phone providers may charge.
