If your client's mortgage tracks the Bank of England Base rate, you can use the form below to request their monthly repayment amount to be updated following the recent change in the Base Rate.

When we announce a change to our Standard Variable Rate, you can use the form below to request for your client's repayments to be recalculated, in line with the rate change.

Things to check before completing the form

Before completing the form, go over the following checklist and be sure that you and your client meet all the requirements:

•    Your client must have an existing Base Rate Tracker or Standard Variable Rate mortgage with us.
•    Your client must have given you consent to act on their behalf in this request.
•    You must ensure that either the Bank of England Base Rate or our Standard Variable Rate have changed before completing the form.

• When you submit this form, you are confirming that you have your client's permission to act on their behalf.
• You understand that by submitting this form, your client's monthly repayments will be updated in line with any applicable changes to the Bank of England Base Rate or our Standard Variable Rate.
