This is the date the customer(s) require the new product to be applied to their loan. If an Early Repayment Charge is applicable to accommodate the customer(s) chosen product start date this will be detailed in section 8 of the Product Transfer Offer and must be paid by the customer(s) prior to the start of the new product.

Note: We do not currently offer further advances and can therefore only offer a product transfer on the current mortgage balance. Should the product selected not fit within the loan to value banding according to our valuation figure we will contact you to discuss further options.
