If your client would like to make a product change on an ongoing mortgage application or a mortgage offer which has not yet completed, please complete the below form.
To ensure your request goes directly to an Underwriter, product changes can only be requested online via this form, please do not call us to request this change. Please note: - The request must be for a live product - The application or offer must meet ALL product rules outlined on the product factsheet - Please allow 3 working days for the change to be actioned
- Any original product fees paid will automatically be refunded. It can take 3-5 working days for your client to receive these back in their original bank account. - If fees are payable on the new product chosen, an Underwriter will be in touch once the product has been amended. - If the application is already at offer stage, no new offer will be produced until the fee has been paid.
All requests are time and date stamped on submission and will be actioned if received prior to product withdrawal.
