Offset multipart mortgage Where an offset mortgage has multiple parts with differing end dates, it may be possible for your client to change to an alternative non-offset/standard product transfer deal, should they no longer require the offset functionality, providing that at least one part of the mortgage is within the product maturity window. If your advice identifies that offset is no longer suitable for the client, and the account meets this criteria, we can offer a non-offset product transfer deal across all parts of the mortgage with a waiver of ERCs. To request this please complete this transfer request form, specifically selecting YES when prompted to respond to the question about whether the request relates to an offset multipart mortgage with differing end dates where offset is no longer required. Please note ERCs will still be detailed on Offer documentation.
