We will then move you on to your new product when your existing product reaches its maturity date. You will not need to return the acceptance form included within your offer pack to accept the revised offer.
If you change your mind prior to your maturity date and want to cancel this switch, please get in touch via 0345 1669 227. We will move you to the previously agreed rate once your current product matures.

If you submit this form and the request to switch meets our criteria for 'like for like' switching, then we will cancel your original Product Transfer application and inform you via email so that you will be able to re-submit a new application for the new product. Please note, if your client has paid any product fees, these will be refunded and any new fees applicable will need to be paid when submitting the new application. We will then move your client to the new product when the existing product reaches its maturity date.

Please note: - Switches to products that do not meet our ‘like for like’ criteria are not permitted - Requests received within 14 days of your current product transfer becoming effective will NOT be accepted - Rate switches are permitted for residential mortgages only (i.e. not Buy to Let)
