Accord's senior management team have all the things you'd expect - enthusiasm, knowledge and plenty of industry experience within Yorkshire Building Society Group and beyond.
Jill Evans - Managing Director
Jill became Managing Director of Accord in January 2014. Before that, for over 12 years Jill led YBS Share Plans, a division of the Yorkshire Building Society Group and one of the UK's market leading employee share plans providers. Jill's considerable experience within the Yorkshire Group spans 26 years in various leadership roles.
Jill has overall responsibility for the strategic direction of Accord along with leadership and engagement of our people.
Cate Hillis – Operations Director
Cate has a broad range of experience at Accord. Cate joined in 2006 and lead our product development team, then became our Strategic Development Director. Following that, Cate took a key leadership role in the launch of Buy to Let and became our Operations Director in May 2012. Before joining Accord, Cate's experience includes 4 years as product development manager at Preferred Mortgages and before that, a number of senior roles for Tiny Computers, including Commercial Director and Vice President of Tiny Inc (USA).
As Operations Director, Cate is focused on both the service we offer and the technology that supports it.
David Robinson – National Account Manager, Residential
David has been with Accord since launch in 2003. Before that, David worked for over 15 years in various managerial roles within the Yorkshire Building Society Group.
David has responsibility for Sales and Distribution for Accord, including our team of Business Development Managers. David is also responsible for our corporate relationships with our National Lending Partner Accounts.
Chris Maggs – National Account Manager, Buy to Let
Chris joined Accord in 2010 from Chelsea Building Society, following the merger with Yorkshire Building Society. He brings over thirty-five years financial services experience including senior sales experience with Chelsea Building Society, Portman Building Society and The Mortgage Works.
Chris leads the development of Buy to Let, working closely with our sales team and Accord's partner mortgage clubs and networks to achieve this.
